Uh oh, look out world! Blooregard is coming with a can of paint!
Haha, I liked when Wilt didn't understand why Bloo was talking about pulling rip cords, and then how Bloo disappeared in the room once it was painted all blue.  Now that he has a can of red paint, all we'd see of Wilt is his eyes and big beautiful smile. That would have been fun, too.  Thank you for scanning and uploading these, Sparky!
