If anyone watched the preview videos for BFAHP, Terrence does show up in the in game footage, of course that footage was most likely from the beta version of the game, so wither or not he is in the final version remains to be seen, but we still have months and months of game play to go before the game has run it's course, so never say never.

Terrence is featured in the intro of Shutterbug, too,
although I never really noticed whether he was in the game play or not.
