I'm NOT surprised. I sometimes wonder if it's even a human being reading the email/comments fans write over the spiderweb. I've gotten so many "canned" and pointless responses like "Thanks for your interest in Shmoo! At this time we do not have more information regarding your question, please keep checking back at www.shmoo.com for the latest news" that I gave up writing these requests.
