I'll throw this one into the ring. These aren't Super Bowl ads, but I certainly remember them fondly: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=NeK5Z...eature=related http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Ug75d...eature=related

I've always loved the one with the zebra referee examining the last few frames of a horse race.

No love for those Budweiser frogs/lizards/mustelids? Those were brilliant.
Oh yeah, forgive me for sticking my oar in here. I'm just an ignorant limey who knows little about the Super Bowl, after all, but I've seen the term Super Bowl advertisements tossed about from time to time, and it's my understanding that those truly awesome specimens originally fit under that heading. As strongly as I dislike alcohol, I'll acknowledge that it's provided us with some entertaining promotions over the years. I don't know if you guys ever saw any of ours with Jack Dee and them creepy penguins. ![]()

My favorite this year was the SoBe ad with Naomi Campbell and 30 CGI lizards doing the Michael Jackson "Thriller" Dance.
David Bowie should be so lucky.

It just occurred to me - those Blockbuster ads featuring Ray the cavy and Carl the bunny were "Super Bowl ads", right? I don't recall ever actually seeing them over here, but back in late 2003 when I was very briefly stationed in Canada and slaving away miserably for some evil tyrants on a ski resort, seeing their skits in the evening never failed to brighten up my day. So great was my gratitude to those CGI critters that I later used a picture of them as my desktop wallpaper for a while.

My favorite one from this year was the Doritos one where the guy sets up a mouse trap with a tiny piece of Dorito on it in front of a mouse hole. He sits in a chair in front of it and waits for the mouse to come out while snacking on the rest of the bag. Suddenly, a man in a crappy mouse costume explodes through the wall and starts beating the hell out of the man eating Doritos LOL!!!

That Doritos ad IIRC was one of the amateur made ones that was done last year for the Super Bowl XLI contest.
