Time for me to throw in my Cartoon Crushes.

Owen Burnett from Gargoyles: He is what I look for in a man, dependable, has a good job, logical, kinda mysterious, respectful and once you learn his story it is all like,"OMGWTFBBQ! I shoulda noticed it sooner!" Spoiler Below

Also, because he is Puck you know he has to know how to PAR-TAY!

My other crush is Izumi Curtis from FMA: She is what I look for in a woman. She is loyal and full of love, she will help those she cares about and trys to fix her mistakes. But, if you get her angry there is usually a reason why (that makes sense!) and she will knock some sense into whoever made her angry.
