Ooh, sure wish this house was in the real world.
 $30,000, eh? Yeah, that doesn't sound bad to me. In my area you'd be lucky to find a 30 year old 3bed/2bath with no yard for that much. The cost of living is ridiculous up here. As is housing.  I'm sure Lynnie Sim will be more than happy to help fix it up.
