You got it right, it's "Land of the Flea", after the saying "Land of the Free".

I love the puppies, too, sooooo adorible. Only someone like Bloo could dislike them. "Oh, don't you think that'll work with me, bub, I got your number! I know that behind all that drool and slobber, you're just an evil mastermind!" And then "Stupid" admits he'll miss him and Bloo suddenly likes them. Yup, that's Bloo. We see them again for a wee moment in "Crime after Crime" and I remember saying "OOh look, there's the puppies again!". I hope we'd see them again.
