What would be "okay" is, if you're going to post a "back on topic" post, to...I dunno...be on topic yourself? Otherwise you're being just as off-topic as the person you're chiding. An admin/mod can get away with it because its our job (I'm doing it now because I have nothing to add), but we try not to.
