I saved up enough and traded for one in the trading post. I don't believe you can get them anywhere else(except through SUPER rare random events and the auctions).

I got rid of my zafara,now I have a xweetok,a kacheek,an usul,and an acara. I love all 4 of my neos. I collected some avent prizes in Terror Moutain.
