They showed a brief clip of the balloon, a different scene from what's in the clip Sparky uploaded, on CN tonight during the showing of "Make Believe It Or Not", so apparently there IS such a balloon.

Aw well, maybe next year eh?
Besides as awesome as Wilt is, I think Eduardo would make for a better balloon IMHO.

Definitely; look at his basic shape. Big and round is ideal for a balloon.
