I don't really have crushes on toons, but I will say before I "came out" a few years back I REALLY liked Jack Skellington alot.
It might have been a crush, I don't know...

I always thought Captain Caveman & The Teen Angels was pointless--it was created only because Radio Comics wouldn't allow Hanna-Barbera to use Josie & The Pussycats in Laff-A-Lympics. I digress, Brenda of the Teen Angels (the brunette) made me melt.

I used to have a HUGE crush on Mac (Foster's) when I was eight.
When I was a younger kid though, I had a really big crush on Doug Funnie (from Doug, the Nick/Disney cartoon). I remember I had this stuffed toy of him (still have it, but it's lost), and I used to watch my recordings of the Nick version, hugging it. (The toy came from the Disney version, however I prefer the Nick one, I don't hate the Disney version.)
