Yeah it's waynekaa's, here's the last time he sold one. (Here it is on his DA.) According to waynekaa's cosplay.com account he's selling another one so this must be it. I wasn't aware he was ever going to make another (he said in his last auction that this was "your only chance to own Cheese" or however he worded it, so...I dunno.
