Ok, yeah it's confirmed now. It's on CN's sight, although a different part of the sight than I'm familiar with. I shared the date on ToonZone, mentioned I didn't see it on CN's sight yet, and someone posted this-
 (sorry if it's a bit hard to read, it's a screencap, and this is exactly what the page looks like  )So yup, I'd say the date and times are officially confirmed now.
