A Spongebob/ Foster's crossover? I know where you got that idea from... cuz I was there...

anyway, I doubt it would ever happen, Nick and CN are two different companies, they'd never work together.

Still, doesn't mean we can't dream of it.

Also, how would that even work? Spongebob takes place under the sea, and Foster's takes place... some place on land, I have no idea how that'd work out.
