Today, I was in my town's annual festival parade as a mascot for my mom's ice cream store which is a franchise of Marble Slab Creamery. I was "Slabby" a large ice cream cone. The costume was somewhat ackward, and got a little hot and heavy. I was glad when I got to the end of the parade and was able to take it off!
At least no one thought I was an imaginary friend and try to kidnap me or lick my costume! ![]() |

That's pretty cool.
I'm also reminded of Mac and Jacky wearing those big "book" costumes in "Jacky Khones and the case..." I have a few cumbersome costumes, and also know how it feels, especially when trying to get out of them. It's sometimes very difficult and for one or two of them, I actually need someone else there to help me. So I know the frustration of not being able to get out of the costume when he wanted to.Hahaha, I'm glad to hear no one tried to lick your costume. ![]() Marble Slab is awesome, by the way.
