i dont know why i made this or what it means, but b2dm, mac, bloo, and myself are tied up. can we post NF/fosters art here? - sure hope so. and if you dont know who steve is, then ask a mod (cus im lazy)

As long as it follows the usual rules, sure. In addition, one should get the subject's permission first. And let's be VERY careful about putting the Foster's characters in compromising positions, okay? Stars know they get mistreated enough elsewhere.
