I've gotten reports from various users on my
KaBlam! forum that they recieved that in a PM. Because the user didn't post anything on the site and hardly went on, I banned the user.
One of the admins who recieved it said that it looked like some prank a preteen girl and her friends would do during a slumber party (which would invlove Justin Bieber and Twilight)
