I still can't get to this mission for some reason.

This is where the red dot takes me, and I'm unable to do what it says. Ever since I tried to attempt this Nano mission for the first time (I did everything right, until the game crashed on me), and each time, the "Nuclear Plant Console" will not allow me to activate it. I tried to enter the portal for the Nano Prof. Utonium mission, and it says that I'm not on the right mission, even though I know it is!
