I thought that as well. However it plays out, it's not looking like the usual Foster's style. One of the things I've always liked about the show is that aside from the Imaginary Friends themselves, the stories were fairly ordinary, things that could happen in our own world (with comic enhancements, of course).
Store Wars is a good example of what I mean; the plot could work for a number of past and current sitcoms without too much tinkering (albeit not as well as it worked for Foster's
).
Destination Imagination is something new, something different, I think, and aside from the excitement of it being a new Foster's story I'm also mighty curious to see just how different it is.
