In this homage and parody of Sailor Moon, Frankie finally gets some sleep, but soon, she starts dreaming that she learns (from Luna Bloo) that she's from a long line of heroes who've protected the Earth from evil forces. She must use her new powers when she learns that Queen Dutchess is planning to wipe out the Earth!
