I Only Have Surprise for You is the ONLY Foster's episode I've not seen, so I've not heard that one. However, I think a LOT of the things he says are funny... like in Crime After Crime he advises Ed not to become "a hardened criminal like him". Haha great stuff!
So yes, now I just realized something somewhat odd. Wilt is (as we all know) by far the kindest, most helpful being EVER, yet he's been in jail THREE times that we know of. 1) He sends
himself to jail in Crime After Crime, 2) he gets convicted in Where There's a Wilt There's a Way, he escapes, and 3) gets put BACK in jail when they find him again!
(Hey, that's three times more than some of the other friends. I'd say friends and humans, but there's no telling how many times Madame Foster has been reprimanded for streaking...

)
Anyways, I know most of the time he was just in the wrong place at the wrong time, but still... in a list of words that describe Wilt, "jailbird" just doesn't come to mind.
