He did appear, albeit in a photo, in "The Big Picture", and his "treasure" was mentioned in "Squeeze The Day" after it was dug up...again...by Bloo and Mac.
I gotta say the guy kinda creeps me out, though. I dunno, maybe it's his resemblance to a clown, and clowns used to scare the beejeezus outa me when I was a kid, almost as bad as those flying monkeys in
The Wizard of Oz. That talking in rhyme bugged me a bit, too, and even though Uncle Pockets didn't turn out to be the serial killer/stinky doo-doo head that Bloo tried to peg him as, there's still something rather sinister about him.
