The second I saw Topeka in a Kansas tourism site, I had go here. I'm glad you liked the wording-- I write and read a lot, so I'm pretty good at plays on words, and I loved Bloo's "icy chill" line from Bye Bye Nerdy, so it fit very well.
I somehow doubt that anyone's betting on Cheese's horse in the derby. Maybe put a couple of cents on the horse out of pity for the jockey?
Louisiana is next, but I'm not too sure what to do. I'm not exactly comfy with the idea of letting this bunch loose on Mardis Gras... * shudder *
