Virgin Media who supply my cable and internet. Since they bought my old supplier NTL, service quality has plummeted and I've been without net access since monday. At least NTL's maintenance line worked. I'd be fine with that if the company didn't employ Ruby Wax to offer new customers half the rate I'm paying. Why Ruby Wax! The Americans don't want her, why should we?
