The clips they show on TV sure don't do it justice because to me the show looked pretty blah and totally uninteresting. I was bored and managed to watch an episode and I have to say as a whole the show isn't THAT amazing or interesting, but, I definitely can see this show lasting and its all thanks to one.

Chowder, the title character. His voice for one is quite lovable and he actually sounds like a REAL young kid and not an older person doing a kid voice impression. His facial expressions and random outbursts "PURPLE URPLES" and such are great, and there is actually some very funny writing with his dialog.

The whole concept of the show however seems a bit lacking as it doesn't really "go anywhere" since its just about cooking and Chowder screwing up. But like i said before, Chowder himself proved out to be more funny then expected and while I doubt I'll make a religious habit out of watching this show, I will say its got potential.
