That's actually the 1 move that got one of my guys recently while playing Battle Revolution online.
Cheesed me off something terrible I can tell you that much!
But yeah, it's hard to pull of a 1hko when you never know who's going to be fastest unless you memorize every pokemon's base speed stats. The thought of that makes my head spin. x___x There have been a few times where I figured I'd have the upper hand in speed and my opponent surprised me with them going first.
