You'll get screencaps when Sparky has time to make them and not one minute sooner, and the fact that patience is not your strongest virtue will have no bearing on the matter whatsoever. Did it ever occur to you that she might have other demands on her time? Obviously not. You want screencaps so bad, go buy a copy of PowerDVD or some other such program and make your own. And get out a dictionary and look up the word "ingrate".
