lol you're right though, honestly Wilt would be rather annoying be be this happy bouncing ball of bright cheery grin while everyone else is all like grouchy and stuff XD
Jackie has become a somewhat more prominent character over the series. He reoccurs so often XD I don't mind the little character development he has, actually, and the slight "animosity" towards Wilt. It's kind of fun to watch actually, knowing both he and Wilt are voiced by Phil XDD I died laughing at their little argument in "Say It Isn't So", he just shoots Wilt down completely and Wilt's all oblivious and stuff XDDD
