My problem is with portion control (it's definitely not exercise, I bike about 10 miles several times a week and my doctor says that's excellent). So I'm buckling down starting today and cooking a whole bunch of meat, brown rice, and veggies and portioning it all out by the ounce in divided containers. Thing is I'm also an insulin-dependent diabetic, and if I don't eat *enough* it's bad. So sometimes I have to eat more than I should just so I don't...you know...have to go to the hospital.

I'd be happy if I just stop *gaining* weight at this point, even if I don't lose any.
