It may be because Candi probably recorded one line for Cheese("Gotta Go) & they kept repeating it over & over again, sometimes super fast. You could tell Louise's voice changed since Season 2.
The Hobo dude appeared as one of Bloo's hitchhikers in "Bus the Two of Us" if my memory is right. Which might be why Bloo wasn't scared of him, when he appeared out of nowhere.
