Is it just me, or does Mr. Snip look almost identical to
Declan Desmond from
The Simpsons?
(FYI, Desmond first appeared in a 2003 episode, and has recently resurfaced in a 2007 episode called "Springfield Up")
I think Kip Snip is cool, he would be a good character to bring back.
