While trying to go Foster's as always, Mac, to his surprise, sees his mom on the driveway. At first, Mac fears that she learns of his visitation to Foster's, but he is more shocked that he is being babysit, and the babysitter is none other than Frankie.

For reasons unknown, Jackie Khones wants to be friends with Bloo and the gang. At first, it doesn't seem to a problem, but he soon becomes a bothersome, popping out at the wrong time. So the gang wants to know why Jackie really wants to hang out with them.
