But he acually did at the pilot episode, but he apologized everytime he said shut up and he repeats the pattern again and again, until Bloo tells them to save him. You probably just didn't hear him through the music and the arguing, but I can! To know, find the Foster's pilot, turn up the volume, and listen very closly. If that didn't work, try, try again.
