Yeah, sounds like a stomach bug. If you felt sick only for the one day and didn't have any diarrhea, it wasn't likely food poisoning. Mm, orange juice sounds really good (but then I like it all the time). Another thing that might help is charcoal. Charcoal has an amazing ability to absorb toxins and hold on to them so they otherwise stay out of your system until it's passed all the way though. You can probably find charcoal pills at a local pharmacy. Depending how sick you are, you might have to take six or eight pills. There's no danger really in overdosing, so don't worry if you feel the need to take a lot. The only side affect is, when it passes all the way through, it's, well, black.

But I've used it many times when I feel nauseated and it helps, it really does.
