Given how stupid Frit and Frat were, Wilt probably was able to easily trick them into going along with that part of the plan, and they DID think it was fun, so it's not like he had to rough them up and do that against their will.

I know this is a late response, but irritance is no excuse to justify tying someone up or hitting when they don't know any better, as was the case with Frit and Frat.
