Title card sound: Frankie falling down stairs
A friend shows up at the home that used to belong to a bully Frankie had to deal with when she was in preschool, and it's appetite for being a jerk hasn't changed. When Frankie can take no more, she contacts his original owner, who comes to see him with her daughter, who in turn adopts the beast of a friend.
