Concur; Frankie is the ONLY one that can handle the load at Foster's. She is the only one that knows the ins and outs. Foster's would not be Foster's without her.
I do not blame her for taking an unexpected hiatus. If that was me - I would NEVER come back. For me there would really be no reason to. Kind of like when Ozma made Dorothy, Uncle Henry, and Aunt Em, permanent residents in the land of Oz (yes I do read the original L Frank Baum stories).
