Yes, it looks like it's pointing to Zockzy, but it was really Wilt who said that. XD

A bunch of the characters do that, actually. It's usually followed by humming or laughing. It is interesting to note, however, that Wilt has both types (laughing and humming).

the volume on your computer may have been to low to hear the sounds.
