Simpsons finally coming to an end?
 

KNX radio out of Los Angeles tells that Fox may pull the plug on The Simpsons after this season, its 23rd. The standing point: The main voice artists, who each get $8 million per season for 22 episodes per season, refuse to take a pay cut.

Given that most of us would be very happy with an annual salary of 1/20th of that, I can't say that I have much sympathy for them. :P

I believe they've been through this mess many times in the past. Until it's confirmed that the series will end, I won't believe it just yet. I agree with Cass on having at least 1/20th of their salary, though. At least they are working and earning money.

1/20th sounds fair, and I think it is still too generous!::)

It is now made known that the dispute has been settled and the show has been renewed for two more seasons.
