hows macs dad and is he dead or alive

Moving this to Humans as its basically a Mac thread...I know we've discussed this topic in the main mac thread but I don't mind it having its own thread.

I think Ccook told us Mac's parents were divorced, according to official sources, but since this has never actually come up anywhere canon it isn't exactly canon info itself. If that makes sense. A lot of people like to say Mac's dad must have passed away when he was young since that's what happened to Craig, but I personally think its shortsighted to make such assumptions.

This sure does happen in a lot of cartoons, one of the parents are never present, usually the dad for some reason. They certainly don't talk about him. Either he was divorced, passed away, or mac/terrance was adopted? maybe? no, that can't be... A single parent adopting two children to raise on their own is possible but can't say for sure though.

It is stated in the Foster's Production Bible that Mac's parents are in fact divorced. Craig has said nothing to the contrary since it was written.
