Trans Siberian Orchestra

...Is there a dash between Trans and Siberian?

Anyways, these guys ROCKED OUT LOUD. Me and my family saw them in concert last night, and man...Positively groovy! =3 Must...Get...CD...

But...They played one of the songs that my choir group is singing for a Christmas performance...And now I'll never be able to sing it again. The TSO totally kicked our version out the back door and into the mud! :'(

Ooooooh you are SO lucky to get to see them in concert!!

I don't know how to spell their name, but on my XM receiver it's spelled without the hyphen. I think I've seen it both ways, though.

I love the way they do Beethoven's fifth symphony!

OMGYES. And the all the lighting and effects were AMAZING. Lazers, flashpots(firepots? Not sure), smoke machines...IT WAS ALL TOO COOL.

Arrgh!!! *is jealous*

That's great that you got to see them, though. My friend is getting to go and he's REALLY excited about it.

Ah, I love their music! :D

InsaneFan 12-10-2006 11:16 AM

Yeah, it was awesome. ^^ I wish I could've enjoyed it more, though. Dx I was sick, plus I had no sleep from the night before and the show went on 'til midnight my time. I nearly fell asleep a couple times.

But I still loved the show.

I'd really like to see TSO. They are coming to my area next week, though I doubt I'll be able to attend the show.

what sort of stuff do they play?

InsaneFan 12-10-2006 05:47 PM

They do Christmas and classical, that sorta thing...But they not only play them with violin, cello, etc., they play with electric guitar, bass and keyboards. They take the songs and make them ROCK. Check 'um out sometime.

I saw them in concert last month! I've got, like, four of their cds!!! It was awesome because the violinist ran through the audience to stand on top of this platform-thingy, and it lifted her off the ground! IT WAS AWESOME. My best friend just heard about them from me, and he really likes their stuff, so guess what he's getting for his birthday...:blooevil:

My friend had five tickets, and had four people going. He offered me but like an idiot I said "no." I actually had a reason, and I was upset I had to miss it.:(
