Mr. Herriman's First Name

If there's anything that most of us do know about Mr. Herriman, its that he's the strict, no-nonsense imaginary friend of Madame Foster. But if there's one thing I just realized, is that his first name, not once, has never been addressed for most of the first four seasons.

The question is: does Mr. Herriman really have a first name?

The only one who knows for sure would be Craig and Lauren, and if he does have one, I hope they at least use this for a future episode of some sort.

But I'll just have to wait and see to find out.

If Mr. Herriman had a first name, it probably would have been mentioned by now, but it hasn't. I know that one particular writer of "fanfictions", which he insisted were actual scripts, once gave Mr. Herriman the first name of "Jack"(even though Jack itself is just a nickname for John), and put up entries on Wikipedia.com, claiming that these were upcoming episodes, in which he used that name, leading some gullible folks to believe that it was "official", but it wasn't.

Jack would seem fitting since there is such a thing as Jack Rabbits, but I don't think Mr. Herriman is based on a jack rabbit. I'd think that since he's on the snooty side, it'd be something like "Rabbit von Herriman"

Well Madame Foster calls him Funny Bunny. Maybe there's a chance that
his full name might be Mr. Funny Bunny Herriman. But that's just my guess. :terrconf:

I vote that his first name is "Mr." :herriman:

I think that Mr. Herriman's first name is just that, "Mister"

Because after all it's not at all that uncommon for a little kid (In this case Madam Foster) to just come up with such a fitting name for someone who acts like all authoritative like Herriman does most of the time. Especially since Madam F did grow up in a era where kids were always referring to their elders with titles like "Sir" and "Ma'am" and "Mister".

My money's on "Mr." as well. I can't imagine him with a conventional name and like Taranchula said, Madame Foster probably just didn't know better when she made him.

As many people have said, it's quite possible that Herriman's first name may indeed be just "Mr.". I don't know what else it could be.

I'd like it to be ' Avril ' :herriman:

Aw man, that's what I was going to say! But yeah, I vote for just "Mr.", sort of like how I doubt Bloo's middle initial actually stands for anything.

So, assuming that's his first name, if Mr. Herriman were in the phone book, he'd be "Herriman, Mr.". Yes.
