Favorite lines from "GWH"

What is your favorite line from "GWH"? I can't remember some lines but here are a few that stand out in my mind.
Mine were;
"Suction-cuppy fingers, and he is also a practicing nudist";D :o OMGHAAAAHAHAHAHA

"Cwismus?", Awww, simply cute :).

foster 11-25-2006 05:50 AM

i like the moment when Wilt play basked ball :D

pitbulllady 11-25-2006 08:41 AM

"Well, not lost as in spatially, like I turned around one minute and he wasn't there, but lost as in figuratively...does that make any sense?

I loved that line, though I probably didn't get it quite right. It shows just how intelligent Wilt really is, though he was talking WAAAY over the head(not a pun)of that little pink Teddy bear Friend.

"HEY! THAT WAS A FOUL!"

"THIS IS NOT A CONTACT SPORT, PEOPLE!"

LOL, that ending credit still cracks me up! I have to wonder how much time elapsed past that point before Wilt got himself thrown out of the arena. I can see Jordan wearing a sign on his jersey, reminiscent of those guard dog warning signs-"My Imaginary Friend Can Make It Across the Court In .08 Seconds-Can YOU?"

InsaneFan 11-25-2006 08:47 AM

"HEY! Back up on the D! This is not a contact sport, my friend!" 8D I luff those credits.

"Does he play basketball?"
"Does she have a beach house?"
"I'll bet he's nice like you!"
"Can she loan me some cash?"

"C" the Dragon 11-25-2006 01:52 PM

"Chwithmith?!"

That line is just too adorable(sp?) for words.:D

"And don't worry... he doesn't your life in crime."

I love that line because after Bloo said that, Wilt made one of my favorite face expresions!8D

"Godzilla! Wilt's creator is Godzilla!"

Ya' gotta admit, Bloo's "far out" theoris(sp?) are very funny!:D

"He looks like a banana tree in burdmen and crime!"

I have no idea what Bloo said at that part, so I'm not sure if it's right, but it sure sounds funny!

"Wilt, your my best friend. You got to stop saying your sorry. It's denfilly not okay. Okay?"

I find that line cool, for some reason.

"Woo hoo!! Way to go, Jordan!!"

"Hey! That's a foul!"

"Okay, back it up, back it up."

"Whooooo!!!"

"That was three! Did you see that?! Did you?!"

"Hey! Back up on the D! This is not a contact sport, my friend!"

As you can see, I LOVE the ending credits!:D

Tonya 11-25-2006 06:32 PM

I have to thank everybody for helping me memorize my favorite lines from "GWH".

My favorite part was the end credits! SOOOOO hilarious!
My favorite lines (that I can now remember) are;

"HEY! Back up on the D! This is not a contact sport, people!".

"Godzilla! Wilt's creator is Godzilla!"

"Wilt, your my best friend. You got to stop saying your sorry. It's denfitlly not okay. Okay?"
I do like this line, I liked that part. Wilt's creator reminded me of him which I think is cool.

I still can't get over "Cwithmuth?" I've seriously been writing it all over everything. I even wrote it on my ticket book when I waitress 8D I just love that line!

I love whenever Wilt calls Jordan "my boy". It shows how loving of Jordan he really is, and how he was (as PBL has been saying for a long time) somewhat a mentor or a fatherly figure to him. It's so heartwarming.

For some reason, when Jordan says "Why'd I make you so tall?", it really makes me happy. I can't even explain why... it's not funny, really, it just makes me feel all warm and fuzzy.

I pretty much like EVERY line from GWH, but those are my favorites. I'm sure I'll be editing and adding as I remember them, though.

Being a die hard Godzilla fan, it was SO nice to finally hear a reference for the big G in this show.

Not to mention it was funny as hell 8D.

Yeah, the "my boy" lines are really heartwarming. Wilt even has to stop himself and explain to the farmer that he actually means the kid who created him, since even HE realizes that he's sounding exactly like a proud father there. That whole dialog he has there is great; most of the time, Wilt seems to restrain himself from saying much at all, and his lines per episode are mostly limited and brief, which is why I guess some people who watch the show have gotten the opinion(which I've seen expressed elsewhere)that Wilt isn't too bright. We really get to see just how mature, articulate and resourceful he really is in this movie. It's kinda like one of those "Darnell Turner" moments from "My Name Is Earl", when Darnell will break out some big words and really deep concept, showing that he's hiding behind this facade of a not-too-smart short-order cook who lives in a trailer park. That playful banter between Wilt and Jordan at the end sounds just like the interaction between a father and his now-grown son, with the dad proving he's "still got it", whether it's at sports or fixing up some old car, and the son acknowledging that everything he is today, he owes to his old man.

I enjoyed that line quite a bit.

I loved Wilt's coachspeak at the ending credits, one of my favorite parts of the episode. Doubt he'd get thrown out for his remarks though, it's what coaches are supposed to do. I've heard far worse from my coaches.

I'd argue that basketball is a contact sport, though (but why argue with coachspeak?). I've got cuts, bruises, and a titanium rod in my right femur backing me up.
Of course, Wilt's basketball injuries are much more severe.

LaBlooGirl 11-27-2006 03:33 AM

When Bloo was talking really fast and only slowing down long enough to say, "PRIVATE LEAR JET!"
That was pretty darn funny, because it's SO Bloo.
He's too adorable when he's excited about something. ^^

The problem was, Wilt was NOT the coach; he just THOUGHT he was! They were sitting in the "VIP" section, courtside. He was getting carried away because it was his "kid" who was playing, just as many parents do at games nowadays. The others with him were none too happy with his behavior, as evidenced by the "sit down and shut up" looks they were giving him!

Yes, he THOUGHT he was. But he, as a coach, is softer than most are. Let me tell you.

I'm just glad they're together again. That's what's most important to me. :D

ah.

Well, that's what fanatical "parents" are supposed to do as well, right?

I have an uncle who has been kicked out of his son's basketball games for such behavior, but he had to do quite a bit to get to that point.

Anyways, gotta love basketball season...

some guy you dont know 11-28-2006 04:13 PM

lets see...

the entire scene with the farmer, dont remember all the lines, but i liked it.

the end credits. simply put, it was hilarious.

"GODZILLA! WILTS CREATER IS GODZILLA!!!" rofl.

"evrything wants to belong to something, right?" kinda hit me in the heart.

That was one of the best lines from the entire series, not just the movie, and it's so very true. :)

I believe he said, "HE LEADS A LIFE OF DEBAUCHERY AND CRIME!" x3

Sparky 11-28-2006 05:23 PM

"He'll change his name to Walt and try to blend into society!" - Bloo

And then what? Makes a cartoon charater and then a show and makes movies?8D

For those who don't get it, sice Bloo's therorys said that Wilt's name will change to "Walt", I just can't help but make the reference of "Walt Disney"XD Does that make sense?

EDIT: Oh, and I have another favorite line:

"And this *poor* little scarf must be cold without a neck to warm her."

Now that's just adorable!:D

bloonuggets 12-07-2006 03:19 PM

One word.

"Kwithmuth!?"

That is all.

TrickyDisco 12-09-2006 06:44 AM

"Cwithmuth?...I mean, Christmas?" I LOL'ed. So sweet!

Mac: "Who is his creator anyway?"
Bloo: "Al Capone! No...Attilla the Hutt!"

Adam: "So, all we have to do is find a really tall evil mastermind with a bad sunburn, suction-cup fingers and is a practising nudist."

That line seriously made me crack up 8D

Jordan: "Why did I make you so tall??" Aww.

Btw, am I the only one who though that it was 'Fowl' Larry, not Foul...as a reference to Larry Bird? Got the same colours and everything as Bird used to sport.

No, if you've ever played basketball you know it's a VERY common penalty. :D

Oh trust me, I have. :p Even sport the scars to prove it! 8D Although I was always a Suns fan and *despised* the Bulls... >:(
But as soon as I saw GWH, I thought the 'Fowl' Larry reference made more sense, with the obvious Larry Bird reference et al. Not that he didn't pull of quite a few fouls as well...guess it's a bit of both? :)

billytheskink 12-10-2006 10:50 AM

I noticed that as well, TrickyDisco

Same here! I laughed when I heard this! I'm also a die hard Godzilla (Gojira in Japan) fan!

HappyFoppy 01-20-2007 03:29 AM

HF saying "I only saw 10 minutes of GWH".

OK, I saw Kwithmuth, which was cute, but that's almost all funny lines I can think of. I liked "You totally entered the data wrong.", too.

Nyo 01-20-2007 06:03 PM

"THIS IS NOT A CONTACT SPORT, PEOPLE!"- Wilt. Cracks me up everytime I hear it.

That whole end credit cracks me up, since it shows such a different side to Wilt! I guess the referees at those NBA games just LOOOOVE to look over and see HIM standing in the audience, don't they? They are probably like, "Uh-oh, look who's here...if it isn't the 'Tower of Terror' again!"

I do wonder how the group talked Mr. Herriman into actually going to a professional basketball game, though; if anyone just does not seem to be the basketball fan type, it's ole' Peter Cottonbutt! I guess maybe this wasn't the first time that Wilt had acted up a bit at a game since being reunited with Jordan, and maybe what we saw in the end credits was mild in comparison to previous games' behavior, so maybe Frankie figured she might need some back-up to help keep him in line!

pitbulllady

Rinny562 03-10-2007 10:18 AM

The whole credits scene cracked me up.

Frankie: Omigosh. Are you ok?
Bloo: WILT MUST HAVE ROBBED THEM! HE'S GETTING DESPERATE!

And the others you guys said were my favorites =)

This made me spit milk out my mouth:

Me and a friend watched the premiere on Thanksgiving and this is what happens:

Wilt; *on the phone* Yeah it's me, I bet you hoped you'd never hear from me again didn't you?"

My friend: He sounds like a kid who's father wanted him aborted but the mom slapped him saying no and the kid and the dad had some rough relationship going on.

I think it was a you had to be there thing but it so made me spit milk all over my tv >>

FailedShapeshifter 03-11-2007 03:55 PM

Al Capone!
That cracked me up simply because I was working on my college history assignment and watching the movie *I'm bad* and I came across the the question on who the leader of the Mafia was in the 1920's.

Then I hear Bloo...."Al Capone! No-Attila the Hun!" I just about died! ^_^

Then the whole end credit scene makes me laugh every time:D
