Login Woes.
 

Well, if things don't change for me, I could be left no choice but to start all over again. :( The Big Fat Awesome House Party page will not accept my login name and password. I even tried to retrieve the password, and that didn't work, either. Unless something is effecting selecting users, the worst-case scenario is that my name got hacked, and I'll be forced to quit early or start from the beginning again. Am I alone here?

I just logged in without incedent. So you got a message saying "Incorrect name or password?" I don't even see a way to change one's password - anyone know where to find that?

Yeah, it's like I typed in the incorrect password, though the nickname is correct. I even tried to retrieve my password, and that didn't work, either. Yay, I love being screwed. :jk:

Then there must be a way to either change one's password or delete an account. I couldn't find anything in there to do those or, again, to change one's password. So does anyone reading this know if there's a way to do that from within the game? Because if there *isn't* any way to do any of those things, then it sounds more like a glitch...

DOnt forget the password is Case Sensitive,
But the user name is not

I sent an email to the website customer service. We'll see if anything gets done, or if I'm just a victim left helpless.

Did you check if caps lock are on?

I did every thing I could possibly do. Nothing worked. Therefore, I was left with no choice but to start over and to focus on the new stuff.

If you remember your original username, try the forgot your password link. It will ask you your password hint question. When you type in the answer (case sensitive, I tested it.) it will show your password to you. There is no way on the site to change your password or to retrieve your username because no email address data is collected.

From information for parents :

"We strongly urge players to write down their username and password and keep them in a safe place. We added the password hint question as a backup in case players forget their passwords. Unfortunately, if a player forgets both the password and the password hint answer, the player will have to register again and open a new game account."

I am sorry you had to create a new account.
