i broke my window

i broke my window while doing my every-day fooling and i didnt want it all to go to waste. i have been looking for a fresh idea. i did the math, what you see here is a %100 perfect mac. it was a lot of fun, but i did get a glass shard in my eye, and my cutter disk broke off, and entered my arm. but whatever, its worth it for kaytea.

[yes, it's ingraved]

vinny 09-29-2006 09:08 PM

ya, drawing just want dangerous enough. i really wanted somthing no one has done before. the bit i was using is about $12 and it broke, so i had to use a bigger bit [you'll notice it the "mac rox" one]

One Radical Dude 09-29-2006 09:33 PM

Whoa!!! :wiltshock: Nice job, vin! :D

Thornwhistle 09-29-2006 10:02 PM

A glass shard in your eye? ouch Did you see a doctor or something?

vinny 09-29-2006 10:05 PM

Thornwhistle 09-29-2006 10:08 PM

Your welcome Has it healed, are there any scars?

vinny 09-29-2006 10:10 PM

antgirl1 09-29-2006 10:15 PM

OMG, the characters look so.....like in the show!

kaytea 09-29-2006 11:32 PM

holy (word I can't say) those are so friggin awesome D=
they look just like in the show

vinny 09-30-2006 03:34 AM

you mean, "they are properly proportioned"

*hugs kaytea

Bloo2daMacs 09-30-2006 04:33 AM

OH... MAH... GOD... that's wicked awesome. They look EXACTLY like they look on the show! Nice job dude.

Kzinistzerg 09-30-2006 06:35 AM

Of course, however, 'properly proportioned' is a bit off when used in describing Fosters...

These are really, really good! I mean, REALLY good!

Voxxyn 09-30-2006 06:58 AM

All I have to say is, GREAT JOB. And I hope any injuries you have heal soon.

taranchula 09-30-2006 07:12 AM

Those are fantastic!

Imaginary Light 09-30-2006 07:23 AM

Oh my gosh, vin. Those...those are AMAZING!:D

rukift 09-30-2006 08:47 AM

Those are amazing... how'd you do it?!

vinny 09-30-2006 09:45 AM

with a drill

kageri 09-30-2006 11:52 AM

....Whoa, that's totally awesome. O:

hottoepicker 09-30-2006 03:58 PM

do you sell those? you could probably make some easy change especially with xmas coming up...i would buy one...

Kzinistzerg 09-30-2006 04:04 PM

..., yeah! He's got a point. I think these'd be marketable, the only problem is that i think it's copyright violation, technically, to sell them. You COULD give them as gifts, though.

hottoepicker 09-30-2006 04:19 PM

i am a girl...lol...sokay though...
i get the copyright thing, but i would "pay for shipping"...(wink-wink)

Kzinistzerg 09-30-2006 06:51 PM

Well, so am I. *wink*

Well, that's kinda what I meant. It' just it's really illegal to sell them officially. (you should sand off the edges and mail one to to craig mccracken!)

lucyrocks73 09-30-2006 07:14 PM

They are BEAUTIFUL. You are creative for coming up with those... Most people would just throw away the glass, not thinking that they could turn it into something beautiful. And you combined THAT with Foster's.

Lovely job, and I hope your injuries heal...

-Marty 8-)

vinny 09-30-2006 07:15 PM

i really didnt think they where that great, but i gess they do look kinda cool. by the way, i dont know if i said it, but the edges are smooth and round

HappyFoppy 09-30-2006 11:58 PM

You rock.
They look so like in the show. Very creative to come up with it, and it's nice of you to continue with Foster's fanart in glass after getting a glass shard in your eye. I hope it heals! :)

Fomalhaut 10-02-2006 08:08 AM

Great, I love it!

I hope there are no problems with your eye!

SkittleMonkey 10-02-2006 03:21 PM

Wow, that is one sweet Wilt!!! Engraving glass like that is such an original idea. Good for you for finding a use for broken glass instead of just throwing it away!

InsaneFan 10-02-2006 04:27 PM

=O Amazing! Totally awesome!

LaBlooGirl 10-18-2006 06:38 AM

THAT, my friend, is some real talent. Please do sell some of these, I'd buy that Wilt one in a heartbeat.

Now that the thread has been reawakened, I might as well say that I've seen this in the way back of the forums some time ago, but I too thought that was a pretty creative and beautiful way of creating artwork! And I also wish Vin would stop in again. :bloosad:
