New episode on August 31st?
 

I just saw a commercial of the new Friday Night Block called Fried Dynamite. And since it said Fried Dynamite is coming August 31st, I predicted that a new episode of Foster's is gonna be on that day.:D

I was told that the next episode to premiere would be in September; so, don't bet on August 31 right now.

That's what I heard as well. August 31 is a Friday, though; perhaps we'll get lucky. :)

Still no official word on a new Foster's episode airing on the 31st, but here's a press release Turner did today about FD, and it does mention Foster's being one of the original CN cartoons airing during that block. Perhaps we'll be lucky after all! :D

I hope so; it's been way too long since the last new episode aired. :(

A new episode of Foster's, in my opinion, is a great way to kick off Fried Dynamite.

The Fried Dynamite kids look like they need to lay off the sugar. :P

I really hope they air more episodes soon, I'm getting bored. :(

IMO, I Think It will be in september like ORD Just Said. I Heard Form Some sites that it will be in September.

I hope we have new episodes soon. We hadn't had a new episode for WAY too long.

Maybe we'll actually see Terrence and/or Duchess soon. I miss them. :'(

I'm afraid that we probably won't see a nice streak of new episodes, like we did in the earlier seasons. If I'm not mistaken, the latter seasons of other shows aired their respective episodes at a slower pace than during the earlier seasons. Know what I mean? They're coming, folks; just at a slower pace. It is better to have quality episodes at a slower pace, than to rush and produce a bunch of mediocre ones.

Yeah, nothing of great quality should be rushed. It applies to preparing food, making movies and of course, Foster's. (If we could survive the great, canyon-size gap between Good Wilt Hunting and Cheese A Go-Go, surely we can wait through a 2-3 month break.) The prewiew clip from Comic Con is an indication of episodes coming in the not-too-distant future, and it looks promising (to me, anyway) too.

It will most likely be in September. On August 31st, CN will be screening the new animated movie Chill Out, Scooby Doo!

Aw man, I guess that settles it. The new Foster's eppies won't come untill it's officially September, I guess. :(

A new Scooby movie? I can live with that. :)

Boo. Oh well, we'll survive. We've made it through a 3 month dryspell.

I don't mind a longer wait. The shows quality should only improve because of it.;)

Think the long awaited new Foster's episode will air on the 7th, then? Anyone else see the lightning quick preview of a new eppie in an ad for Fried Dynamite? The Friends appeared to be playing in a band, Bloo was playing air guitar and had underwear on his head! LOL!! It was really fast, though. But I KNOW that scene doesn't exist in an existing episode. It gives me hope that it's coming! Yay, it's coming!! I'm looking at the 7th now. :yeah:

Kind of OT, but has anyone else seen ads for Foster's on non-CN channels over the last week? I saw one on TLC yesterday. And I've seen some more advertising "Get Animated" that included Foster's characters (along with other CN characters) on non-CN channels. I thought that was so cool. :cheese:

I just unlocked a 2-min clip from that ep in BFAHP, unless there are two band-based episodes in this season (not likely). No doubt a load of people have already seen it, but I searched and found no other posts on the clip, so:

I just hope the Foster's band doesn't play anything similar lyrics-wise! :wiltshock: (I know they won't.)

They do get away with doing the occasional reference to Hitchhikers Guide to the Galaxy, which more then likely goes over the heads of most of the people watching and the episode title The Big Lablooski was a take off of the the title of the mature and very un-kiddie flick The Big Labowski (Complete with cameos from the main characters of that film.) So yeah precedent has been set time and again in that respect.

That "rock band" episode is sounding like it's going to be great! I can't wait.:bloogrin:
