Well, this is the place for introductions, and I am new here, so....yeah, here we go, I guess.

I'm Dude13, and my main deal is that I'm a fanfiction writer, all my works are in the Foster's section on FF.net, and....um.....well, my writing may be vived, but in reality I'm pretty introverted and a man of few words.

But, overall, it's great to be here!

I know, I know...and I can see where they're coming from, for a large part, Foster's fanfiction is not exactly something to be admired...or even possible to endure reading, considering certain works.

Hello and welcome!

I must say I'm quite surprised to see you here, though in a good way. So welcome!

I have to agree that Foster's fanfiction in general isn't very good; in fact, a lot of it is pure garbage. And yet I must admit... nearly all of the good Foster's fanfics I've read are serious, dramatic and "dark" to some degree. Which is funny because some people here are violently opposed to the very idea of any serious themes on what they believe is just an innocent children's show--but personally, I think it actually lends itself to "serious fanfiction" very naturally, considering the underlying themes of rejection and abandonment. (And if it really is a completely innocent show, can someone explain "Bendy" or "Imposter's Home"?)

Quite frankly, I'd much rather read a well-written serious fanfic(That is touching and human, NOT something gratitiously sleazy) than a poor comedy fic that "stays true to the show's spirit".

Of course, your humor one-shots are the exception, because they're hilarious. And your serious stories are genuinely gripping and touching. I must say you're one of my favorite authors on all of ff.net.
