List Your Pet Nicknames

Okay I had to do this...just for fun, mind you.

I have many pet names that I've come up with for my beloved faves....such as...Bloo, for instance.
I tend to call him Bloo-boo. I see this as something Mac would have called him when he was just a cute little three-year old and just created him. (Based on the theory Bloo is a living security blanket too, so that would explain the affectionate term in a way.)
Bloo also gets Bloo-two (Or Bloo2)...and also an idea I had for a screen name he'd use if he were on a forum or something... 2Blu4U. XD

Wilt is either Wiltman or No.1 (Number one.) The latter is obvious, I hope.

Coco...either Cocobird (heh, this is kinda a reference to a pet bird I once had), or Palm Queen. I won't even explain that one. lol

I have yet to think of others for the other characters, so share and tell me your ideas. Don't just try and make up stuff, tell me whatever ones you have already had come through your mind out of sheer fondness for your fave characters.

Hope that made sense. ;)

That's easy. Frankie is my beautiful Sweet Angel, and my dear Lady Dawnstar.

no explanation needed from you on that one Cassini >:^D tee hee, evil smiley face!

Ohman. One of my friends at tv.com dubbed Richie as "the richiepie" and now I can't seem to shake it off. :'( And it's starting to spread to my oh-so-influential siblings... dunno if that's good or bad, since it's one of the most obnoxious pet names for a character I've ever heard.

Speaking of them, we also invent names for other characters too. XD We also refer to Wilt as "the elmo," because um yeah. He looks just like Elmo, if elmo ever hit peuberty and got attacked by a mob. =D

And oh yeah, Mac is "the square," Bloo is "the blob," Terrence is "the triangle," and I think that's it? Oh yeah, and Eduardo. For reasons beyond me his new name is now "li'l puddin'tatter."

kageri 08-20-2006 07:33 PM

Well, I usually call Bloo by his name, but occasionally I will use "Man Bloo is so awesome" or "God I love him". Oh, but me and my sister once saw a fanart picture of Frankie where her name was spelled "Frnakie", so we sometimes call her that -- Frnakie. Fur-nackey.

Awww, I can just imagine that!^^ Errrm, I've tried thinking of pet names, but I can't think of any right now. If I do call someone something else I tend not to conciously think about it because I've got too used to it. So, until I think of something, I guess I just call everyone by their actual names (haha, boring I know).

LaBlooGirl 08-21-2006 07:28 AM

Thanks for the submissions! ^^

LOL I love "richiepie". ::giggle:: I tend to like Richie so I could see myself calling him that...

Furnacky is a funny one too, poor Frankie. :-*

billytheskink 08-21-2006 07:44 AM

One could call Frankie "Boomer", since she bears some resemblance to the old Burger King Kids Club character.

Frankie isn't surgically attached to her rollerblades, though.

Bloofanatic 08-21-2006 08:02 AM

somtimes I call Bloo "The Blooster" But I mostly call him by name

Fomalhaut 08-21-2006 11:34 AM

My Dad tends to call our dog (true name: Kobak) sometimes with the names of things I like (he has been "Pikachu", "Shrek" and stuff too), now he's "Coco"!!!

InsaneFan 08-21-2006 01:41 PM

Wilt: Wilt Man, You-Know-Who, The Big Redwood, Mr. Tall.
Eduardo: POTATO MAN.
Bloo: Blobby.
Herriman: Funny Bunny, Duh.

pitbulllady 08-21-2006 04:51 PM

Wilt is the only one I have a "pet name" for, which is usually "da Wilt-man", since that's what he calls himself! Sometimes I'll refer to him as "Tall Molassas"(thanks to that annoying little old lady)or The Tall Red One, though.

OK, I sometimes have a few names for Bloo, when he's at his most annoying, but I can't post them here!

I usually call Bloo Blooregard. I know it actually is hos name it just seems kind of funny calling him that instead of Bloo. It just doesn't sound the same without the "Q. Kazoo" part of it. :P I can't imagine what the show would be like if every one called him blooregard, accept it would seem normal for herriman to say it.

Also, some time I call Coco "The crazy green haired chick"
he he...

billytheskink 08-21-2006 07:56 PM

PGT Blooregard. You figure it out.

Emma 08-29-2006 03:24 AM

The only one I call something other than their actual name is Mr. Herriman. I've dubbed him simply, Hairy Man (sans Mr). I think it suits him. ;)

Scribble 08-29-2006 06:06 AM

My mum and I have started calling Frankie 'Cranky Frankie', I've noticed. Thanks to my mum I'm also starting to call Wilt 'Big W' more often. Oh and I also call Mr. H 'Funny Bunny' quite a lot!

I also called Frankie 'Hankie' the other day, but that was a slip of the tongue. XD

I like those, PB, but what the heck is "Tall Molassas?" LOL

Heh, even _I_ have some choice names for Bloo when he's being mean, but I can't post those here either! XD8D

You mean you haven't seen "Where There's a Wilt, There's a Way"? NO WAY!

In that episode, Wilt has already been repeatedly put on and made to do things that keep him from watching his basketball game. He has just finished packing the suitcases of a just-adopted Imaginary Friend into the trunk of its new family's car(as per Mr. Herriman's orders), and is talking to himself as he returns to the house, saying, "OK, from now on, no more Mr. Nice Guy! The next person who asks me to do something is gonna get a big, fat li..."! He is interrupted by an old lady trying to cross the street, asking him for assistance, calling out, "Hey there, Tall Molassas! How about helping an old lady cross the street?" Well, of course Wilt can't bust an old lady in the chops, so he has to go help her, albeit by now he's got a bad case of that "Syndrome Twitch"(1) he gets when he's on the verge of losing it, LOL!

(1)a reference to the nervous twitch down the right side that is a hallmark of Buddy Pine, aka "Syndrome", from The Incredibles, yet-another easily-distressed redhead

Oh no I've seen the episode....I just didn't recall him being called that! LOL
Hey did anyone come up with "Big Red", ala the chewing gum?
Hmm...I've gotta brainstorm here and try to come up with some others. Wilt needs a whole list of pet names.
Maybe we can just call him "Fuzzy"...since I do believe he has some kind of peach fuzz on him. (Imagine how soft he'd be! LOL)

Voxxyn 08-30-2006 12:37 PM

Since I recently got into The Mars Volta, I've become tempted to nickname Frankie as "Frances the Cute"... >_>

lucyrocks73 08-31-2006 11:29 AM

At first, I kept referring to Terrence as "Francis" from FOP. Now, Francis is "Terrence Wanna-be".

Herriman is either Herriman, the weird rabbit thing, or Funny Bunny.

Goo is "hey, it's me on a cartoon."
