A Wilt plushie creation
 

I have been working on making a Wilt plushie, and I just finished it! Although I think his shoes could have been much better, I'm VERY happy with the rest of it. I know I'm kind of a lurker around here, but I wanted to show everyone dear Wilt the plushie anyway!

Wilt was handstitched and hand-stuffed, except for the things that needed hot-gluing, like the googly eye.

Great job! I have been planning on making a Wilt plushie as well. But I think I should start off with someone easier like Bloo first. Anyways, your plushie came out GREAT!:D

Well, this was a "plushie on a budget" creation so I used the $2 Wal-mart fabric... I wanted to make him out of felt, but just couldn't afford to. The cheaper fabric worked pretty well, but if I do this again, I will definately go for felt so it doesn't unravel! And I'll also give the sewing machine a try, I think.

His eye stalks, arm, and legs are all made with about six strands of florist wire bound together, so he's very bendable.

He is two feet tall from the tip of his eye to the bottom of his shoes. :) Until yesterday, the largest plushie I'd ever made was a Kirby from the Nintendo games. But that record has now been broken!
