Frankie Plushie!

A bit ago I made myself a cuddly little Frankie plushie to call my own, she took about 9 hours to make, all her clothes come off (other then her socks) and is completely hand sewn.

Sorry but I haven't uploaded the pic to my own server so you'll have to live with a link to deviantART:
http://www.deviantart.com/deviation/44639723/

Also you can search my gallery from there to see my... Maybe one other Foster's fanart, I need to draw MORE XD

She's adorable! This is the first Frankie plushie I've ever seen, and you did a great job!

XD I'd consider taking commissions, but selling western characters makes me nervous ^^;;

I have sold a plushie before, but it was one of my own characters, it went for $40 USD including shipping. Normally I'd sell for around $20 USD, but at the time I was in a jam for money.

Haha :) thankz ^^

Mr. Marshmallow 02-21-2007 08:44 PM

That is quite impressive and quite CUTE! :-* I mean for a home made plushie, that looks surprisingly professional, a hell of alot better then most of the plushies I have seen others made.

It captures her appearance and even the splits, odds, and ends of all of her clothes rather nicely. Very nice job.

scary_dream 02-21-2007 10:42 PM

So...freaking...cute!

Do you make the patterns and plushies by ear, or do you have a basic method that you follow for all of them and add little tweaks here and there?

Adorable!

I have a pattern I use for all my Humans then tweak the hair and the cloths ;)

Medikor 02-22-2007 02:20 PM

That is the cutest little thing I've ever seen! That really made my day, Subzeroace, and I needed it since I've been kinda down today. Thanks for the pic AND the resulting smile.:D

If you could make more of Frankie or any Foster characters, I bet you would SO make a killing on Ebay :D.

I know I'd buy Frankie's plushie in a heartbeat.

Voxxyn 03-07-2007 07:58 AM

There's another Frankie plushie on DA. :-*

She's absolutely gorgeous...

Mr. Marshmallow 03-07-2007 02:39 PM

That is fan-freakingtastic!

Seriously that's amazing work! Socks are a bit too high but still, incredible stuff. I think her hair and cute face came out the best.

...I'm going to be making one for someone already on this forum (to them: Sorry I'm taking so long to get a shipping price! I still need to find a box to ship it in ><)

I could start a waiting list, I really don't mind making the same plushie over and over. And since I don't have a job ATM it could be a nice way to bring in some funds.

I would sell them on eBay but... I'm really nervous about copyright laws, and am not sure if CN is anything like Disney in that respect.

I'll gladly make one for anyone who wants one on the forum, $20.00 USD plus shipping, paid on paypal before I begin to make the plush. You might want to expect a waiting list... Even if it only takes me about two days to make them.

Just e-mail me at tehsubz[at]subzeroace[.]com if you would like them...

I really hop saying this on here isn't against the rules, if so just tell me and I'll remove it.

Sparky 03-07-2007 07:06 PM

Since I'd like to sell homemade Foster's crafts myself, lol no its not against the rules.

And considering that the Foster's crew themselves have bought Foster's fanstuff on eBay before, you *could* go for it. But I'd understand if you'd rather play it safe.

Subzeroace 04-19-2008 04:30 PM

Took some more pictures of her today in my magical backyard! Clcik here to see =D

Cassini90125 04-19-2008 06:17 PM

She's so cute. There needs to be more Frankie plushies in the world.

Lynnie 04-19-2008 08:28 PM

Aw, yes, she's very cute. And I agree with what Sparky said on dA, with her ravishing red hair and green hoodie with her hood up, sitting on a "forest" floor, she looks like a little elf. No doubt one of the good ones, though.

KazooBloo 12-26-2016 03:46 AM

Cute.
